Hopeful Dobermans

Sequoia

Sequoia is a huge, gorgeous Doberman with soft ears and a docked tail. He lost his home when he began to argue with his littermate, a male, whom he had grown up with. His owners opted to keep the other male who is the more mellow of the two. Although Sequoia is overweight, he is an active, intelligent boy. He is housebroken, and not a jumper or a digger. He is territorial and is a fine watchdog. His former owners did say he chews, but we think this and his weight are more a product of boredom than anything else. Sequoia's ideal home would be one where both his mind and body would receive regular exercise. His new owners should be familiar with Dobermans or other large working breeds. We think his size and activity level would be too overwhelming for children. Sequoia is a lot of Doberman in one package!
