Red is a tall, sleek, regal dog! His coat just shines and he looks like he is always standing at attention! He hasn't always looked this good-- he was abandoned at a veterinary office after killing a cat. He was used a canine blood-donor for awhile before coming into rescue. When he arrived, over a year ago, he was thin and balding. He is about 75 pounds now and very social...except with cats. We would be careful with very small dogs too. He is fine with kids. Red is well behaved and crate trained. He is also very smart and can open slip-latch gates! Red is in foster care, so please call the rescue to find out where you can meet him.  |
