Radar is very affectionate, once he gets to know you. He is shy at first, but after a few minutes, he starts to warm up, especially if you give him some treats. He is fairly quiet, doesn't bark at other dogs or cats when on walks. He is good on a leash, and can sit, stay, and down, on command. He loves to ride in the car, too. I think he would be best in a home with adults or older children. We are not sure how he is around small children; he is very strong. He is at least 65-70 lbs and has a full tail.
